Well, you missed the point of the article completely but that’s probably more on me than you.

Consider looking a bit deeper into an article. For example, if you’re passionate about YouTube and someone makes an article talking about their experiences on YouTube, how much money they make, and how they make it then maybe it’s not bragging. Maybe it’s showing a less talked about aspect of the business. Not a lot of people talk about how much they are paid as anything. This article aimed to pull back the curtain a little bit and share my personal experiences with it. I wanted to share what I did and what I made so others could look at it and maybe get an idea of what they should charge for services.

Don’t get me wrong, I can write about the downsides of Freelancing too. It’s bitten me in the butt before. I did a $5,000 contract and when I finished my client refused to pay me then used the project on their site. I then put all the work I did for their site on Github so it’s open source and anyone can copy it. There are good and bad sides to both and I’m sorry you didn’t appreciate this article how I meant it to be taken. I appreciate your feedback though. I’ll try to be less braggadocious in the future ❤

Anyway man, cheers and have a good day!
